Terms and Conditions

General Terms

--- I have the right to decline any commission request.
--- My artwork is for personal use only, use for any other purpose including but not limited to reproducing, re-sale, distributed/used commercially is prohibited unless agreed upon.
--- Alteration/tracing to the completed artwork is not allowed.
--- I won't work with text reference, I will need image ref. If you don't have one you can create one with picrew.
--- Most piece will come with one free revision. Any additional revision will cost extra. Any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image must be specified at the time of your given revision.--- Completed artworks may be posted on any of my social media as my work. You can also re-post your ordered artwork but must credit/tag me/my accounts.
--- Completed works will usually be given by .png / .jpeg files and in full size with my small sign/watermark.

Payment & Refund

--- I accept USD, JPY and is done upfront unless specified.
--- Once the payment is received there will be no refund.
--- USD through Amazon GC and Cash App, JPY through iTunes GC

--- Please contact me through my twitter or email address. I also have a google form available.
--- I will start drawing once the payment is received.
--- Estimated time of completion can range depending on various factors. I do try to complete them within a month.

注意事項とか色々

基本的な色々

--- 私にはご依頼を拒否する権利があります。
--- ご依頼頂いた絵は個人で利用する分には自由に使用していただいて構いませんが作者が私である表記はお願いします（ツイッターへのリンク等）。依頼して頂いた・金銭が発生したに関わらず他人への譲渡・販売、二次配布 、商用目的での利用は不可です。著作権譲渡はしておりません。
--- 完了した絵の加工、模写/トレース、自作発言は禁止です。
--- 参照画像無しで絵は描きません。画像が無い場合はPicrew等アイコン/アバターを作成出来るサイトなどで画像を作成してからでお願いします。
--- ほぼ全てのご依頼にはスケッチ/ラフ段階（無色）での修正指定が一度出来ます。この時点でポーズ、体型、諸々描き直し等の指定をお願いいたします。これ以降の修正は追加料金が発生します。--- 完了したご依頼絵は私のSNS上で投稿/使用させて頂くことがあります。ご依頼者に限り転載はご自由に出来ますが必ず私のSNS等へのリンク/記名をお願いします。
--- 完了したご依頼絵は通常私の署名付きでPNGまたはJPEGでのお渡しになってます。

お受け出来る・出来ない種類

お支払いなど

--- お支払いは円、またはドルでの先払いのみ受け付けてます。
--- お支払いを受け取ったあとの返金は不可です。
--- ドルはアマギフもしくはCash Appで、円はiTunesギフカでお願いします。
